Hello My name is John I am 23 yrs old and 235lbs. I got a kinda hard spot I am in atm. I lost my license and job so i am kinda grounded to teh house right now so i sit here like a lump. my main issues are i dunno what i should eb tryign to do my main issue i suffer with is the joy of man boobs they arnt really horible but kinda would like to impove my self image.. any help would be great.. thanx for your time..

Well, being stuck in the house isn't that bad. At least you can concentrate on eating healthy and doing some exercise in your own place. Take a look at the processed food you are eating, and try by eliminating and replacing with healthy foods.

I agree with ivan 100%. You need to get your diet in check more than anything. 5-6 small healthy meals a day, and alot of water to keep that full feeling. You can run around the neighborhood to get your cardio in. good luck and welcome to ft.

Hey, you came here, you took the initiative to search out a site that may help you and that is great! Now, you just need to keep coming back! And being at home can be a blessing in disguise, at home you can take Ivan and gangstershoes advice and make some positive changes! Walk around the outside of your home, if you have stairs, running up and down the stairs burns a huge amount of calories, just DO something!! Good luck to you! Don't give up, just get up!! :)
