I'm looking for a good dipping belt and some straps to clip to a pullup bar to do hanging crunches (they hook on with a clip and you hang from your elbows).

I don't know any good brands, and don't want to spend more 100 dollars for both. I have seen a few dipping straps for around 23 bucks but I don't want to buy something that will break once I add a 45 or something.

Any suggestions? Help is much appreciated!

Do a fitBuddy search for dip belt or belt. Here was one discussion I was involved in:

elitefts.com or ironmind.com will be very high quality.
As for the straps, hold on to the bar. You'll get better abdominal activation from a dead hang anyways.

yeah I've been holding on the bar lately, it works really well. Thanks for the sites, I'll check them out.
