I have a refridgerator and a microwave. That's it. I can't really cook anything (unless its noodles or tv dinner), but I can make sandwiches and stuff.
What would you suggest for a grocery list for a college student on a limited budget?
With that note, I see these Lean Cuisines and Healthy Choice frozen meals. Are those actually good for you?

u can make just about anything in a microwave.....google.com for ideas
and the grocery list is tacked at the top....even making sweet potato with veggies and then opening a can of tuna is a fairly decent meal...albeit too high in sodium...

What's a good sodium intake per day?
I'm rather new to this stuff - I've never changed my diet (other than cutting out sweets and fast food for marching band) to lose weight and body fat percentage; our fitness advisor told me to take a multivitamin which I have been doing. It cut my appetite at first, but now its normal.

I am a college student too and I cant cook if my life depended on it. My fride/freezer consists of eggs, frozen chicken breast, frozen brocolli (great for an easy snake) protein powder, turkey breasts, whole wheat bread, natural peanut butter, fresh fruit and skim milk. I have other stuff to but those are mostly what I eat. The frozen chicken is really easy to make. Just make sure you add some natural flavors and you'll be ok.

I like to take a fillet of catfish, sprinkle a little soy sauce and ginger and garlic on it, even some chopped green onions and microwave for a few minutes (til it flakes easily, it will vary from microwave to microwave).
Baked potatoes or sweet potatoes are easy in the microwave to - a trick i learned that keeps them moister is to cook them and then place a bowl over them and let them steam for a few minutes in the warm microwave.
