does anybody know how to increase power in the chest.all my other body parts are ok but my chest is weak as piss, hope you can help,thanks

Bench Presses. Do heavy weights low reps.

You have to do strength training sets. Pyramid up the weight while your reps drop.(i.e.-135,10 reps-185,8reps-225,6 reps-275,4 reps-315,2 reps-335,1 rep and 365 negative) I recommend a negative to get your body use to the weight so your strength can increase. Of course this requires a training partner, and adjust the weights for your currant strength.

try doing supersets if your up to it.

try the pre exhaust workouts i tihnk thast what there called u do like supersets like flies than imediately after bench ill see if i can find that workout from my flex i read about it a long time ago its supposed to help u shock the muscles into growth
