i need ur help im trying to convice my parents that a bowflex really works but they dont believe its worth $1000
does anyone here have one or used one?
is it worth it??

We have one at work and everyone here likes it but if we had the room we'd have free weights, which you can get for a whole lot less than $1000. By the way the one we have here cost right around $2500 but I don't know enough about them to know what bells and whistles are optional. They may be hesitant not knowing whether or not you'll stick with it so if that's the case talk them into a gym membership for 6 months or so to show them you'll stick to it.
