Can anyone please tell me the benefits of taking aminos and do i need to take them with any other supplements.What are the major benefits to taking these?

can be useful when dieting....helps spare muscle.....effects are very small...unless every other detail in your lifting, nutrition, sleep, etc are up to par...
Free form has some redeeming qualities. The peptide bond is broken, therefore more easily uptaken. Then you have BCAA's, which are metabolized directly in the muscle rather than passing through digestion.
