One thing you may consider is if you are looking for cardio, I like to go to the following website as it lets me put in my weight and the actual minutes I will have available to work out, after inputing that data, it gives me a whole list of activities I can do for those minutes and how many calories I will have burned:
http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/jumpsite/calculat.htm
Another 20 min program you can find at:
http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art6451.asp
The website is for women, but it shows a man doing the exercises, lol! It can obviously work for both.
Good luck to you and welcome to FT!

Most of my 20 minute workouts are lactic acid conditioning. So they would hurt you.
Easiest thing to do would be to pick an upper body and a lower body compound exercise. Superset them, in and out 20 minutes.
What are your goals???

Twenty minute workout,I would do one set of each exercise at around 50% Or 60% Intensity, for fifteen or twelve reps, choose compound exercises 1st squat 2nd deadlift 3rd Bench press.is one idea,or do ten sets of just deadlifts for whatever reps you desire, the deadlift works all the muscles of the body, best regards,Blue77.

Not bad advice...
If you do the deadlift, I would add in overhead press. Deadlift neglects triceps and lateral and anterior deltoids, but a dl/oh workout would be an excellent idea.
