I have been back to the Gym for 2 months now, I am looking forward for fat loss and lean muscle gains to get toned. I just bought ATP Creatine Serum, Whey Protein Powder, carb drink. I'm planning to take The creatine just b4 workout, Carb Drink during workout and whey just after workout. Is that ok... can I use a fat burner like hydroxycut too???
Please advice on how to take all these supplements together.
