Hi,
This is my current diet. Please let me know if it sounds good. I am 20 years old, 155 with 13 percent body fat.
8am 1 scoop of whey protien w/skim milk and a bowl of oatmeal
9:30 2 scoops of No-Xplode
10-11: Workout
11: 1 scoop of cell mass then a whey protein shake when I get home.
12:30 Lunch (Either chicken or lean meat with brocoli or another veggie)
Then I head to work
I will munch of some veggies at my desk. I sometimes have a whey shake if I am feeling hungry. This whey I dont have a big gap between meals.
5:30 Dinner: Turkey Sandwich on Wheat Bread w/ a Pear and a granola bar
8 pm Muscle Milk or Whey Shake
11pm Evo Pro (Casein Protein) w/ skim milk

what are your goals?
overall your diet sounds good...I would definitely eat something beween lunch and dinner...even as little as a handful or two of nuts(or yogurt, nutrition bar,etc)
My goal is to add some muscle while staying lean. I appreciate the advice. I was taking the BSN stack but I have cycled off it and am going to start taking Lipo 6 along with the Whey Protien. Right now I am at 13 percent body fat and I want to get down to about 8 or 9.
