Trying to lose weight (yet again)

Hi my name is Mary, I have been on diets all my life it seems. I did lose the weight finally after my second child. My husband thought I looked really hot, I even had guys approach me asking what gym I go to. I have good muscle tone, unfortunately it is hidden under a massive layer of fat. I used to train in martial arts some years ago and have enjoyed gym work and aerobics. I never seemed to be able to lose the weight after my last child. I lost a bit but then just kind of levelled off. I find it hard to make the time sometimes, but I think I just need a bit of motivation. I promised myself that this is it - if i cant do it now I never will.

You do have the motivation otherwise you wouldn't be here. Try an "at home" program from here, and improve your eating habits. Good luck and post often.
