difficulty in losing weight

i am 25 yrs old 167 lbs 5 ft. i need i lose weight before its to late. my problem is i dont have time to work out and i always eat out, coz im staying on a boarding house. its my first day of south beach diet just hope i'll finally lose weight.

my for the day

10:30 am - sauted squid and hard boiled egg
3:00 pm - tofu and pork meat and one cup of coffee
dinner - im planning to have grilled fish

by the way im having a force fluid (water) therapy, i heard that its good on cleansing.

Well, you definitly aren't eating enough.

Start off with eating (lean)protein at every meal, then limit your carb intake to brown rice, wild rice, reg and sweet potatoes for the day...

Eat more fruit and veggies.
For sweet cravings tru SF/FF pudding...
