Hey everyone. I'm a bit new to this web site and have already gotten some very good information. I'm 24 and I've had a lot of success with exercise in the past, but the last 2 years haven't been fueled by very much motivation, and I've gained about 20 lbs (still got a little bit of muscle though). It was 2 years ago during a 3-week christmas break when I thought it would be funny to see how much weight I could gain in a 3-week period. I went from 179 lbs to 213 lbs with the impressive formula of beer, chocolate, and anything with high contents of fat. Believe me, this isn't something I will ever repeat in my life since I would like to live past the age of 33. I was impressed with my results though, and for some reason I just didn't feel like going back to the gym. Well, my life is full of humorous things like that, and I feel very motivated to really kick it back into gear since I got engaged this Christmas and I have a wedding in September. Holy Mackrel! :surprised:
Welcome to FT and congratulations on your engagement!
