there are a ton of posts on here about that.....do a search......eat healthy, get a lot of protein, etc.......im sure you will find exactly what you are looking for if you do a little searching through the site

As many as you need. Calories in the end is what will add mass.

I really hate that word supplements. Its definition is something along the lines of "in addition to, or Add On" So that being the case why do you think you need it to gain mass??? EAT. Period. Nuff said.

its not that easy I do eat ...a lot ...I was at my parents place for christmas for 15 days and they told me to stop eating..and no I dont have thyroid problem I checked it .. so I need something ..for now I took the optimum whey protein and hopefuly I will learn more about other kind of supplements

It's not about just eating...it's about eating right and eating often....eat 8 times a day if you have to...eat 3-4 meals and eat the rest of meals as snacks...you can take a protein supplement as one or two of those snacks...it really comes down to eating sufficient amount of calories...stop thinking you need supplements to help you gain weight...it's the wrong approach...
