I have gained 7 lbs over the holidays. It takes so long to loose but it goes on so fast. Depressing :(

I've gained 3 since I broke my foot. It does get rather depressing :( I can't wait to get my cast off and go back to my college-town gym (don't have one around my house - can't afford two gym memberships).

the holidays are always the time that people seem to lose focus on their diets, 7 lbs isnt too bad, i think that is right about the national average believe it or not. Im sure you'll have it off in no time, good luck!:)

I was thinking the same thing, bb1! I imagine it'll disappear quickly. I heard somewhere the holiday weight gain usually isn't too bad, it's just not working it off and then going through a few more holidays without losing any. So, after a couple of holidays, it gets harder to remove!
