I've never tried the drink, but I have tried the pills. The are good for getting that extra energy prior to working out. Let me know the results if you ever try it.

Green tea is popular prior to weightlifting for an added boost. Try it, not only does it warm you up, but it will have the same effects as an energy drink, and their are many other positive health benefits.

the stuff kinda warms you up. sounds weird but it does. I could kinda feel it in my arms, legs and chest. energy boost, yes but who knows if the stuff actually "works".

I got done at gold's today after running 2 miles and lifting for an hour. I had tuna before working out and decided to finish off my workout with a redline....BIG mistake, i neglected to read the label and consumed the whole thing. about 15 minuets later my raised awareness and energy level felt like a las vegas cocaine free for all. I was shaking uncontrollably and had to close my eyes from the nausea. This stuff is pretty serious, DO NOT DRINK THE WHOLE CAN...now i'm not a little sissy, i take energy drinks a few times a week and weigh 206 at 5'11" ... this stuff is insane and needs a neon yellow warning label and blinking lights.
