hey struggling on what reps to do for my sets i want to encourage muscle growth would 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 be a good idea or would this just gain strength can anyone help me out what be best to gain muscle thanks

stick with reps in the 6-8 rep range with occassionally...once every few weeks doing some sets as high as 10 reps or as low as 4 reps...
