It seems that the recipes on this site or strung throughout the website. Do you think its possible to make subcategories under this thread where people can post:

Protein shake recipes
Poultry recipes
Beef recipes
Desserts recipes
Pasta recipes
crockpot recipes

It would be a lot easier to navigate. And we could better utilize everyones knowledge. Thanks

I think just a recipes subforum would be a good idea. I also think an "off topic" forum might do some good.

I kind of found what i was looking for. asimmer(my idol):) posted recipes in by group in the frequently asked questions. It doesnt look like its being updated because it is out of place. I wish it was in a recipe subforum on its own where many posts can be added in a more organized way.

Umm, chellie, you could start a post for each category and paste in the appropriate recipes, then others ciould addd as desired, if you have time. i would make them stickies for you. I never know if anyone actually reads the FAQs section, so i haven't added anything in a long time.

Or...I could start the categories for you right now and then you could paste in recipes as you come across them....:)

Wow. Someone had a little productive time on their hands. I like to see that.

Hello I'm am a kicker and am coming off some knee surgery. I was wondering what are the best excerises and diet for gaining some fast twitch muscles and muscle memory to improve my kicking.
