Does anyone know how quickly your body uptakes egg white protein mix compared to whey protein mix?

In comparison of absortption rates, whey protein is one of the quickest absorbed protiens, however, the amount of protein your body absorbs is much greater with eggs.
Not sure as to specifics (although eggs are like 100%), but I hope this helps.

I was just trying to find out if egg white protein is acceptable to use as my shakes for pre, during, and post workout. I know whey is good because it gets absorbed quickly like you need after your workouts, but I was wondering if egg protein will work fast enough to be acceptable to use.
