Hey guys,

I've been having trouble making some new varieties of breakfastes. I was wondering if any of you guys can share some of your secret breakfasts with me. I alreasdy have a breakfast consisting of a myoplex shake (half), some eggs, meat, milk, and all grain bread. If there is anything else out there can anyone recommend? Thanks!

I sometimes have 2 sandwishes and milk...or cereal and some fruit...beans and 3 egg whites

This is what arnold used to have for breakfast..try it out:
3 eggs..1/4 to 1/2 pounds of beef patty + 2 pieces of buttered toast and 2 glasses of milk.
I personally prefer eating meat later in the day rather than first thing in the mourining.

Depends if you are big fella or on the lean side. I am big and have to loose a little weight but maintain enough calories to feed my muscle.

Try an 6-7 egg white omelet, a serving of oatmeal, a piece of toast, a cup of skim milk, and an apple or orange. If you need to bulk a bit more add a 4 oz. piece of chicken breast.

Hey Chris that Mayoplex is a little expensive. I found that Slim Fast is just about equal in nutritional value but much cheaper.

complex carbs are good in the morning (pasta, oatmeal, rice) - keeps sugar levels more balanced and provides good energy for the day. For protien I like hard boided eggs - they are easy, portable and you can toss the yoke (fat) if you want to. Also - you can boil up a dozen, keep them in the fridge, and they are ready to go when you are.

Seansdady, removing the yolk from an egg will virtually eliminate the cholesterol. I used to be afraid to eat them because of the high amounts of cholesterol, but I began removing the yolk...and you guessed it, problem solved!:)
