Critique my workout meals
I am trying to lose some weight. I am bout 5’10 19 years old and I weight about 210Ibs
For breakfast I have
Around 8am
2 whole eggs, and 3 egg whites
¾ of oatmeal
Some Orange Juice
1 slice of whole gain bread
then I workout at 10 am I do the one from this site
then afterwards I have a protein shake after the workout.
then around 2pm
2 piece of chicken
½ cup of rice
some water
then off the work I work at Krispy Kreme and I am a product specitist (making the doughnuts) then I would have like 5 minutes between the dough to eat something.
Around 5 I will have
Can of chicken on a sandwich
Then when around 8pm
Low fat college cheese
1 chicken
and a small salad with no dressing.
