Hi my name is jon. I am just completely blown away by this site. I have been doing the body for life workout for 12 weeks i didn't stick to the diet well which i know is the key.I weigh 300 lbs which is a 50 drop in 12 weeks. I'm not new to weight lifting im just looking for a new workout and i rolled up on this site. What a great site very impressive.Can't wait to get to my gym tommorow. I would just like to thank this site for providing great information and getting back on track
