Hey all... I'm just wondering if I can get some advice as to which protein shake would be best for me. I want as many calories as I can get without having to drink like a gallon of a shake... Basically I'm looking to get as many quality calories as I can get. Thanks in advance-
Look for protein with highest number of grams per scoop, then do the math, this will tell you percentage of protein per scoop. Of course you may also want to try and do a search on here.
