Hey everyone, im in a lotta pain...
I was doing 4 sets of decline ab crunches a few days ago, using 10-25 lbs on my chest all the way through the workout and doing between 15-30 reps. After that I had terrible abdominal pain, but I just thought it was a pulled muscle, so I blew it off and did my traps and my back exercises. Then when I woke up yesterday morning my abs slowly started increasing in pain, until this moring when I woke up. They are in the worst pain I have ever felt in my muscles before, I cant breathe, move, bend over, or even walk fast because it hurts too much.
So did I tear my lower abs or is it just pulled? And how do I take care of this issue?
