Hey well I'm 17 5'10" and weigh 200lbs. My friends tell me I look about 160 but I want to lose the pounds to look good for myself. I hope to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks to look better for this cruise to jamaica I'm going with my girlfriend on in February.
Been looking for a great community that can help me reach my goals and keep me on track and motivated to lose weight, tone my body and feel better.

Pleasssseeee don't do anything radical trying to lose those 20, better to lose 10 healthy then 20 unhealthy, just concentrate on exercise, good healthy food choices and then see what comes of it and continue on! I know the cruise sounds fabulous, just be mindful of not getting enough calories to keep your body energized or you will end up losing that muscle!
