Right... fill out your profile and more people will pay attention to your posts and take them more seriously.
Weight training will help firm the muscles underneath your breasts, giving them a little 'lift'. A good bra will help some, but I think once they fall, they fall. Anyone? I am not a well-endowed woman when i am lean, so i don't know much about breasts... I love not having enough to sag! -------------- You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be. - David Viscott |

I have had large breasts since I was 16 and by 19 they started to sag. If you aren't already start wearing an underwire bra and get fitted and a good bra shop. Asimmer is rightweight training will give them a natural lift. They may never be perky if you have a large chest just remember the large they get the heavier they will get and they will sag a bit. Just try not to run around without a bra and develop your muscles and you will see a diffrence.

As elaine once said on seinfeld, I don't know how you guys walk around with those things.
Also as menace mentioned what is your BF%, height, weight and nutritional intake like. You can do a search here also and get info on this, they consist mostly of fat...or so I'm told, and I always thought it was silly putty. Man, no wonder why no one ever stays with me for very long. All kidding aside though, I know this is a very serious subject for ladies and I hope you get the answers you need. Take a minute to fill out your profile, it will help people help you considerably. Go to the home page and click on FT Profile & inbox, it only takes a minute but helps loads. Good luck! -------------- Seize the day! |

Can anyone recommend any specific exercises that can help build the muscles underneath?

I would love to give you girls some of mine. At least I don't feel like I'm the only one with this problem. I've been Big Busted since the age of 16 when I became Pregnant with my son. They have never been the same since. and probably never will!

Since they are made up of mostly fatty tissue, yes they will reduce as you reduce bf%. If yoou are breast feeding, thats another story at this stage of your life.-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly! Ivan Montreal Canada (City of Festivals) |

So with healthy eating and exercise, your bf% will reduce and so will breast size. Remember, we can't spot reduce, so be patient and stick with a healthy lifestyle.-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly! Ivan Montreal Canada (City of Festivals) |
