Hi there, I am new here. I am 5-8 and around 155 pds, I am just looking to flatten my belly n tone up some can anyone give me exercise tips since I am also new to that

Most people won't answer until you have filled out your profile.
Start an exercise program (look under the link 'exercise program' at the top of the screen). It will ask you questions and design a plan for you. Then get your eating in line and you should see results in a few weeks or months.

Like asimmer mentioned, fill out your profile, then be more specific with your questions, goals etc. Do a search first to see if you can find the answer on your own, as many standard questions have been beat to death and alot of people may just not feel like explaining it again.
