I've tried Xenedrine, Hydroxycut, Diet Fuel, and now i'm on Metabolite. I can never seem to stick to one cause i just don't enjoy the side effects. I am a manager in a health club, and work out on a regular basis, but i do need the extra help in the supplements. I'm looking to lose 20 lbs, any suggestions on which supplement is the best so i can stick to one and know i'm gonna see results?? megan

Hey Megan!
Umm.. what exactly do you mean by 'not enjoying the side-effects'? Does this mean that the pills don't work or that you are getting pain/bad side-effects?
I would suggest that you stick with the Hydroxycut, it is very close to the ECA stack. However just simpler to use since it's all in one pill. I assume you know this already, but increased daily cardio along with a low calorie / high protein diet are also a must to lose those 20 pounds. Safe loses in fat are from roughly 2-3 pounds a week. So you are looking at around 6-10 weeks for you results.

The only time i get bad side effects from fat burners is when i take to much. Try taking half the recommended amount.

I don't think it's realistic to over-rely on these kinds of supplements (although they can help and they do have their place). Bottom line is: Taking in less calories than you use will result in fat loss.

I agree with you Sunnyjack, Fat burners are OK and ECA has been proven to be very effective but you still need to watch what you eat. You have to remember there is not a magic bullet that can be taken. You have to work hard and watch your diet and you will see steady gains.

if you've tried three brands already and haven't seen positive results yet then forget about those ECA's for now..there gona get you know where...I used to take pills something like 8 years ago..But I never got anything out of them. Do cardio (treadmill or bike) or even better jog outside or climb a mountain or something...you'll have fun and loose the excess weight at the same time.
