Hey guys. Im 20 years old 5'9 and weigh 170 lbs. I tore my PCL 8 months ago and since then my body has gone into atrophy. After I saw myself without a shirt and I saw my gut that was starting to grow and my 6 pack was gone( wasn't a crazy six pack but it was visible)I decided to get back into shape. I have signed up to the site and hope it will help me.

My only problem is that I dunno how I can monitor what I eat. Do you guys have a system? I chose weight loss and defenition training. Is that right? I only need to lose the gut that is starting. Its more of a preventiveness than actuall losing. I am doing 3 day weeks and have chest mass and ab training as extra. What do you guys think?

Thanks for your info. Looking forward to learning things.

the easiest way to monitor what you eat is to write it down. write down every calorie including condiments. include your calories from protein, carbs, and fats. if you fill out a nutritional plan it should tell you how many calories and what the should come from, then you just need to adjust your diet to match them. it also shows various foods and what is in them.

good luck it sounds like you are on the right track

Try www.fitday.com

You input what you eat and the computer works out: fats, carbs, proteins, and calories. It will also monitor your calories expended during exercise. Best of all its free. Check it out.
