First of all let me say thank you to any one who takes the time out to read this and leaves a response :).. aiight well anyways im a male 6 feet tall i weigh about 245 pounds trying to get down to 200, i want to lose my big belly before i get to much older (im 15), i also want to lose my man tits, and at the same time im doing all this i would like to gain muscle.. can someone give me an idea about what i would have to do to accomplish my goals? thanks in advance!
The simple answer is to increase lean muscle and decrease body fat. Check out the exercise programs at the top of the page (they work), clean up your diet and add some cardio to your weekly routine. Fatty tissue is fatty tissue no matter where it's located on your body.
