I am 5'7 and 195lbs my bmi is like 31 or something. I am ready to get serious and get this weight off, but I don't know where to start. I have a goal to loose 50 lbs in 4 1/2 months(I am going to a wedding in Cancun}. I will do what ever it takes to meet my goal. Can anyone tell me the most efective way?
Really there is no magic to it, you just have to make sure you are eating well, creating a calorie deficit and working out. There are a lot of good post here you can read, and the more you read the better equipped you will be to make changes.
