Alright, I'm a junior in highschool and weight 185 lbs, and im bout 5'10, I've been lifting weights for about 3 years now and have never done cardio, just lifted hard and ate whatever, well ive finally have got tired of being decently strong for my age and not seeing results in my body, I've changed over to a new diet and eliminated all the bad junk food and fast food and am on the verge of giving up soda completely, I try to consume a bunch of protein and i try to jog 1-4 miles a day, will this be enough to see the results in my body im expecting? or do i need more?

i guess i could add what my goals are, i wanted to lose some of the fat and tone up first, like drop down to 170, I've been taking Lipo 6, a fat burner i picked up from GNC, then take protein shakes and supplements to help me get large for football season this summer, I would like suggestions on the way im doing things, am i on the right path? and should i alter anything?
