Well I'm new here, my name is Kayla. I am very interested in losing weight and the learning more about health and fitness. About two years ago I was very depressed and basically ate my feelings, I was about 135, which was a lot of weight for a 14 year old girl who was short and always been petite. Several years later, now I am 115, I flucuate around that, give or take a few pounds and I am tired of it. I seem to carry most of the weight around my mid section and thighs and I am ready to shed it!! Prom, graduation, and college are right around the bend for me and its time for a change! Any help, advice, and words of wisdom are greatly appreciated. Good luck to all with their goals!
