yea, my chest is comming along, but is lagging in the upper portion. i was told that some good exercises are incline bench, incline dumbell press, and anything else inclined.

yup.......anything inclined works your upper chest, but it is one of the hardest muscles in your body to develop.......do sets of 6-8 reps

Yet again fellas i also struggle on the upper chest, watch when you are doing incline dumbell that you havnt got your incline to high as it focusses on the shoulders more. I also find it hard to develop my inner chest right near the sternum

I believe that a mid close grip is as good as you can get on the inner upper (same with db). If you get too close you get triceps though. I have seen some success from lowering the angle and really concentrating on the muscle contraction. You need enough weight to work it but not so much that you can't focus on the isolation of the muscle. There is also a way to do cable crosses from the bottom pulleys with your palms finishing toward the ceiling up in front of the face. Again don't use too much weight and don't use your shoulders. Bow your chest out. It isn't about ego and the amount of weight, it is about doing the exercise properly. If you're doing these right it doesn't take much weight. These have all had a very positive impact for me.

To emphasize the upper portion of the pectorials I suggest heavy incline (vary the incline) DB flyes....they are awesome....with some heavy incline barbell presses.....

Also you may want to mix it up a bit with incline flat and decline.
On a side note you may want to schedule your chest a couple days before your triceps so they also have time to rest.
good luck!
