hey ... ive been working out about 3-4 months now ... and i havent noticed that much of a difference yet ... i dont know if its because i only have access to machines and not free weights ... i have lost about 15 pounds during this period ... but i dont have a 6pack yet :( lol ... i still see some fat on my stomach ... anyways ... i would like to know how to gain weight and put on more muscle ... i wanna be strong as well as ripped ... and for some reason i cant select anything other than the abs for specialized training ... well any info would help .. thx
ok i think i have filled out the profile ... yea i guess the junk food doesnt help me get a six pack lol ... also during all this time .. i havent really gained that much on the amount of weight i can lift ... its prolly just a little over than when i started :(
