Aloha everyone,
My name is Melissa and I live in Hawaii. I currently am the mother of two boys 10 and 20 months. Since having my second child the pounds have not shed from my problems areas. Problems areas are thighs, butt, love handles and hips. Everything else is okay. The weight just tends to drop their. So my problem are jeans they can't fit going up. Ha! I am 27 years old and my pre-pregnancy weight was 129 pounds, now I am 154 pounds. Everybody has taken some form of joke to my weight gain in those areas, because of how I looked before. So the stress is on.
I am glad I found another forum to help understand what I need to do to combat this dilemma and I hope to make friends in the process. I love online forums, they are great and you learn a lot from other people.
It's nice to meet all of you and I have a goal to look like my posted pic.
Mahalo and have a nice week

Hang in there, kaua4me, just focus on your nutritional choices and exercise and you should be well on your way to reaching your goal!

I totally agree on helping one another. What have you started doing? I started eating smaller portions and I'm kind of contemplating ordering Nutrisystem. I also drink Green Tea and substitute regular rice with brown rice, but only a scoop. I also bought a scale to weigh out my portions. I'm trying that route. As for the gym, I'm trying to stay on the treadmill or stairclimber for at least 15 minutes for now and eventually add time to it as I can. It's nice to meet you.
