Damn...it seem like everyday, my metabolism speeds up just a little more. I have always been active throughout my life, but ever since i started to pay attention to what i put into my body, it seems like i need like 3000 calories just to get through the day. Anyhow...i just wanted to say that is it a pain in the butt to throw down a ton of food in the morning for breakfast, only to be dying of starvation and hour and a half later.

I know. Complex carbs in combination with protiens are a longer lasting energy source and might help. Also - eating smaller meals, but more often will make your muscles happy and once you get into the routine of that you will be in "the zone". Keep going!

Nice...i made the mistake before of eating tons of pro and not eating enough carbs, but after the lack of energy i experianced from that, i quickly throw in the towel in on that idea. so for about the past three mounths, if i eat some eggs, i eat some oatmeal, and if i eat some meat, i eat some rice....so i'm tring to straighten it out now..
thanks

Eat a couple of meal replacement shakes. They will fill you up, and give you more calories to burn. Maybe you need to take in 5000 calories to gain size. Some people do.

I agree Rob. Meal replacement shakes can make all the difference. It's easy, fast, and it sure helps fill in the extra calories when you need them. It has worked for me.

I need to up my calorie intake too. I'm going to add an extra meal each day but I'll have to push breakfast back an hour so I can squeeze in two lunches between noon and four.
