Hi!
I am Jennie. I am 25 years old. I am married, and I have 2 boys. Zack will be 3 in March, and Jesse is 7 months old.
I have been battling my weight for too many years now. I am 5'4" and weigh an awful 175. (UGH) I am currently on a healthy diet, and going to 2 fitness classes per week. I have also just bought a treadmill.
What I really need is support and advice. So that is why I am here! I hope that I can make some good friends here, and finally turn my weight problem into a non-issue.

Hi Jennie!

I'm Shannon- 29 yrs old with a son who will be 4 in April and a daughter who will be 1 in Feb! We seem to be in the same boat- I too have always struggled with my weight (or my imagine anyway!). After my son was born I got back to my pre-preg weight but still had some work to do for health and tonning. Now I am almost down to pre-preg weight again after my daughters birth but again- still want to get my heart in shape (goal is to go jogging for more than 5 minutes!) and toned. I have a home based bookkeeping business so I'm pretty busy just to add to the mix! Currently I'm going to the gym 3 days a week (I find seeing the muscles build is a big motivator for me!) where I do weights and cardio. I'd be happy to chat with you about whatever! Good luck! :)
