58 years young . . . basketball, swimming, and wrestling team (how's that for a strange combination?) many many years ago in school. Used to do a lot of circuit training and cross training and got away from it. Allowed my business to reset my priorities.

Now I've decided to set them straight again and get back to a serious nutrition and exercise regimen. I'm carrying 238 lbs at six feet -- one of those people who are overweight but don't look it.

New exercise regimen as follows:

Mon - weights - back/shoulders/abs -- 20 sets in all
Tue - cardio - run
Wed - weights - arms/forearms/abs -- 20 sets
Thu - cardio - power walk
Fri - weights - chest/legs/abs -- 20 sets
Sat -- cross-train - biceps/triceps followed by cardio-boxing using speed, uppercut and heavy bags

Sunday is my day of rest. Have also changed my eating habits from snacking through the day and having one bog meal at night, to spacing my calorie intake throughout the day and just generally eating better.
