Ok I am currently 188lbs 5"11-6ft" and 19 years old I dropped about 12lbs in the last month and a 1/2, and have 16 inch bi's. Not really trying to cut just eating better and not late at night. My question is should I get down to a certain bodyfat before I start bulking or does it matter? Because I still have weight to lose and dont want to gain that much more on top of it by bulking now. Thanks for any advice.. David
David - continue eating what you are eating if you are losing bodyfat and not muscle, lift heavier and more intensely (good form still) and you should continue to see results.
Bulking doesn't require as great a caloric increase as most people think.
