I am a stay home Mom of 2 & have just started going to the gym, don't really have the money for a trainer, & don't really know what I am doing, so I really hope you can help me. I am 5' 2" & weigh 155. do I really need to get he weight off , I feel so crappy most of the time. now that I am running 1 mile 4 to 5 days a week, I do feel lots better, I just am not loosing any weight.:surprised::love:

Your on the right track to a healthy lifestyle. But like MM said, you must tweak your diet and eat the right quality and quantity of foods. With a little resistance training at home, you will enjoy the great rewards!
