Age can be considered....but it is not necessarily the defining point. Most folks use over 40 where hormone imbalance(subsequently trt therapy may be looked into), but this is a broad jump.
No one can really give an age, as I am quite sure you may have seen or know of even teens who have gyno, etc. which may indeed be from a hormone inbalance or high aromatazation of T. So, therapy here may save years of shitty lifestyle, etc.
Hard to fit all in a short post, but if you need this then it can indeed be beneficial. But remember, you need to control E also. An increase in T can lead to a higher increase in E if it is not effectively controlled and exasperate matters. The body is very smart at some point at binding up free test(SHBG) and rendering it useless, and thus E will attach to the T receptors and bind them up making T unable to be used.
