Hi everyone,
Just joined and I'm hoping that this works out. I truly need help losing 35 lbs. I'm going to Europe in 4 months and I was wondering if it's possible to lose the 35 lbs. in 4 months.:)

Hi Claudia, and welcome to FT.

It is possible to lost that much... on average, two to three pounds a week is doable. You have to pay real close attention to your diet and fitness.. not skipping a day here and there.

Also, remember, as you add muscle, you might gain weight, but it's muscle and that's good. A pound of muscle is smaller than a pound of fat, so you will be smaller, but your weight may not go down as much as you'd like, if you are doing resistance routine.
