Ok so here is the deal. I am 19 years old and in college. All my life I was the fat kid until grade 10 when I started losing weight like crazy. As a direct result I developed an eating disorder, which resulted in even more weight loss. I pretty much went from being a size 34/36 waist teenager to a size 28/29 waist one. As a result of my weiht loss I am now Mr. Skinny instead of Fatty. Here is the problem. I want to get my body into shape. I want to tone up my body now. I lost the weight, I just have no clue how to get in shape. I have unlimited access to a gym here on campus. The problem is I have no idea what I need to do. My body is like a clean slate now waiting to be toned and built and shaped, but I do not know where to begin. Please help me start getting my fitness life on track. I don't want to be huge and bulky, I just want to be fit for my body type (swimmers build/athletic). I want to be able to take my shirt off and not worry about how I look. Because of the way all my weight came off by body pretty much just had it's skin to cover it. I want to build up muscle and tone loss skin and get in shape. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should be doing, where I should be concentrating and what not.

Thanks, Ryan

Mojo is correct that your profile helps people help you. The best thing you can do is educate yourself by browsing the site and at least learn the fitness "language" and it'll be easier to help you. If you haven't already done so, check out the exercise programs here on the site and you may be pleasantly surprised that there's several that do exactly what your post said.
