I am constantly on the road and need to find a plan that i can do with my limited resources. I take a few free weights and occationally can work out at a fitness center at the hotels.
Hey Jordan - I travel a little over two weeks a month and don't have a problem but it takes a little planning. I check the motel websites and try and only use those that have an affiliation with a gym (not their little closets that they call fitness centers. For the rare occasion that I can't find one, I take stretch bands that can give you a surprisingly good work out.
Great point Mike. Still learning here. I know this to be true because the place I was working out at had a deal with the motel next door that allowed guests to use the facility. Again...very good point Mike. I'll get better at this as time goes on.
