i was wondering how many and how many reps of each exercise i should be doing. i don't really understand the numbers that are gien to me on my personalized workout plan.(the ones you enter into the database?) please help!

Most of the programs use the 8 to 12 rep range and 3-4 working sets. The first high rep set is intended as a warmup.
