Hi There!! I workout 4-5days a week and my tendency is to gain weight very easily so to combat that i jog at the speed of 9km/hour for 40minutes and then i do weights which i have started just recently. otherwise i just used to do cardio. Please suggest me a workout which will help me reduce my bodyfat and simultaneously help me add muscle weight. And is there any natural substitute for a fat burner which can found at home. Help Me Out!!! ByE!!!
Continue doing your cardio as well as weight training.keep around 8-10 reps per sets.Avoid all sorts of oily food.Take 2 bananas before your workout and a cup of milk.Take only the egg white portion after your workout.Try to minimise your carbs and fat intake.Have plenty of water and roughage.
