The last 2 days I have had the hardest time getting out of bed, my back, chest, shoulders, stomach and legs are SORE. I stretch after each work out and eat plenty of protien, I am not sure if there is anything else I can do to reduce some of the pain the following day? I stick to the suggested workout routine from the exercise program in terms of sets and reps, I do not think that I am over lifting. Plus I am pretty lazy! any suggestions would be great. Thank You.

If you're new at this, you're body won't be used to it all. You may be sore for a few days. Eventually, the soreness will not be as bad.

Welcome to the club clash. When I started, I hurt for a week, I could barely move properly, but after the first week things got much better. To this day though, when I change up my routine, I get sore all over again-especially the smaller muscles, like my calves. As for suggestions, make sure you warmup before hand and spend the time stretching to cool down afterwards. You'll learn to feel like being sore means your working hard:)
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
