how much protein should i be taking on a workout day and on a rest day?

Are you asking if it should be the same both days? Or how much in general?

Your intake should be about the same most days because when you aren't lifting, you are recovering.

I recently bumped a lot of posts up about protein intake.

MPS is amplified 24-36 hrs. In fact it is double...109% at 24 hrs. So it makes sense to keep protein intake up.
