progress chart weight?

if im doin the home program what do i put in for weight used for the chart thing? should i just put my weight? cause i dont use barbells and dumbells.

if you're using just your bodyweight, then yes...record how much u weigh on that day....

I tend to just put 0 in the space, then when I do add the dbs or bb I put that weight in. I would do this for things like sit ups, body squats lunges etc. Your really just entering this for your own reference, so what is most important is that whatever way you do it, keep it consistant.
