I need a fitness plan. I am 15 yrs old. Im around 140lbs, 5'7 and i want 2 know how many times 2 work out weekly and how many times 2 go 2 the gym... how many times 2 lift weights at home. How much should i carry? please giv me a regular timetable... if posible.

go to the box at the top of the screen that says exercise program and fill out the questionnaire - it will give you a plan based on your experience level, access to equipment and how many days you want to work out.
